RETURNS POLICY
Please make contact as soon your notice your damaged order or if your order is wrong. Full refunds or exchanges are offered on all damaged goods. Equally you will be offered a refund or exchange if your order is wrong. You have the right to choose.
It is important to note that proof of damage will be required before an exchange or refund takes place.
For wrong orders, again please make contact as soon as possible. The product will have to be returned in it's original packaging and unopened. The customer will have to cover the initial cost of returning the products but don't be alarmed as you will get a full refund once the details of the cost are received.
Please make sure that you read the ingredients list before placing an order as used products cannot be returned unless something has gone drastically wrong with using the product. In that case, please get in touch as soon as possible and I will do my best to help.
Refunds will be processed as soon as it is possible, not later than 14 days.
