FREE UK DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £50 / FREE FOR ORDERS OVER £100 FOR EUROPE AND OTHER DESTINATIONS
Your orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday except on holidays.
Delivering in the UK - a flat rate of £5.00 first class, £9.99 next day with Royal Mail
For Europe and all International orders - a flat rate of £15 with Royal Mail.
Please allow 1 to 2 days for your order to be processed but it is usually shipped the same day if ordered in the morning!
Estimated UK delivery is between 1 - 3 working days
Estimated EU and other destinations deliveries - 7 - 10 days or more
Some international orders may carry extra charges of duties and taxes, please note that it is the customer's responsibility to cover these costs.
All the blends are packaged in Miron glass. A dark high quality luxurious looking glass that efficiently preserves the integrity of its contents, Your precious blends will be delivered to you in protective minimal packaging that you can reuse or recycle. I am always trying to find ways to reduce waste so therefore none of the products come with outer boxes.

Please make contact as soon your notice your damaged order or if your order is wrong. Full refunds or exchanges are offered on all damaged goods. Equally you will be offered a refund or exchange if your order is wrong. You have the right to choose.
It is important to note that proof of damage will be required before an exchange or refund takes place.
For wrong orders, again please make contact as soon as possible. The product will have to be returned in it's original packaging and unopened. The customer will have to cover the initial cost of returning the products but don't be alarmed as you will get a full refund once the details of the cost are received.
Please make sure that you read the ingredients list before placing an order as used products cannot be returned unless something has gone drastically wrong with using the product. In that case, please get in touch as soon as possible and I will do my best to help.
Refunds will be processed as soon as it is possible, not later than 14 days.
Please note that your privacy is respected and protected. Information received is used purely to process orders and to make accurate deliveries. The payment system is securely managed by internationally recognised and reputable Pay Pal and Skrill. They need information to process payments on Ntuka's behalf but Ntuka does not have access or control of that information.
